Disclaimer & Statement of Waiver

By registering for Syzygy, you have the option to have your first Syzygy Check In and repair done during the workshop. As such, you agree to be energetically assessed, as well as to receive unfiltered and undiluted details of the State of your Connection and of any and all aspects of your energetic makeup that surface for examination. Please note that these are not details that can be unheard and they are not for the faint of heart. Once you access these details, you are held to a Higher standard of the navigation of life, which means that your margin of error will reduce significantly as it relates to living life in alignment with your Design. Throughout the process, and post-workshop, you have access to our support in navigating the changes that ensue.

If you decide not to have your Connection checked and repaired during the workshop, you can request that this step be omitted from your workshop experience. If you decide not to have a Syzygy Check In done during the workshop, you do not receive a discount on the price of workshop registration and you waive your right to have this first Check In done post workshop. You can, however, request a Check In at any time once you successfully complete the workshop by subscribing to Syzygy Check Ins. If you decide to have your first Syzygy Check In done during the workshop, you agree to have it done potentially in front of others if there is more than one participant in attendance at the workshop.

You may take notes and reproduce diagrams of material covered during the workshop (for personal Self study purposes only), while in attendance at the workshop. No pictures of any of the visual materials presented during the workshop are permitted. Note that the content of this workshop is, where applicable, recorded in audio format. Unless otherwise specified, participants of this workshop receive cop(ies) of the audio recording(s), accessible via their private portals for further Self study post-workshop. Please do not share these recordings with anyone in the name of do no harm, particularly those who have not completed the Syzygy workshop themselves. The content of the Syzygy workshop is proprietary and no part of any of the content included in the workshop may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, converted, copied, or pirated in any form or by any means including photocopying, recording, simulating, or by other electronic or mechanical methods beyond what is noted above for personal Self study purposes, without prior written permission of Remember Inc. By registering for the workshop, you do so electively and acknowledge that none of the disclosures that take place during the workshop are of any medical nature. Participants of the Syzygy workshop and any subsequent Syzygy Check Ins release Remember Inc. and its representatives from any and all liability, including but not limited to any relationship issues, divorces, or mental or emotional challenges that may surface. Know that there is no guarantee that once your Connection is repaired and reinstated, you will remain Connected. Upon completion of the workshop, it is your responsibility to develop the Abilities to maintain your Connection. Having Syzygy Check Ins done on a monthly basis greatly supports the process of autonomously maintaining Connection.

Refunds are processed as follows:
Full refund minus $50 administration fee up to 3 weeks prior to the workshop start date
60% refund up to 2 weeks prior to the workshop start date
20% refund up to 1 week prior to the workshop start date
